Jennifer Matsui was in her Gold Year when she gave a letter to Callum Hunt, asking him to go to the Trophy Room in the Collegium during the celebration of the "death" of the Enemy of Death. She was murdered afterwards by Alex Strike, to prevent her from telling anyone her version of events.
A few months later, Callum and Aaron Stewart tried to reach out to her consciousness using chaos magic, which ended with Callum accidentally turning her into a Chaos-ridden.[1]
