Stebbins is the Rajavis' butler. He was present at the Rajavis' garden party that Call found after escaping his father, even attempting to prevent Call's entry after Jasper falsely identified him as an intruder.[1] It is later revealed that he drag races with the Rajavis' cars, and that Tamara covers for him, usually in exchange for various favors.
